No. A preparer uses CRA EFILE-certified professional software. Production transmission stays off until the business has an approved EFILE account and certified-software agreement.

Never. Representative access uses the CRA Represent a Client process. We do not collect CRA usernames, passwords, security questions, or MFA codes.
Is this a guaranteed refund service?
No. We do not promise a maximum refund, CRA acceptance, processing time, or audit immunity.
Do you take a cut of my refund?
No. Fees are fixed service amounts plus applicable GST/HST. We do not offer refund advances.
